Its offices are located in Tunis in the Mutuelleville district (the embassy district). The firm was created in 1980 by Maître Abdelkrim MAHBOULI, internationally renowned lawyer, former advisor to the Court of Cassation.
It is currently managed by his son Master Sami MAHBOULI. Holder of a DEA in International Law and a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Paris–Sorbonne; The latter has acquired a proven reputation in Business Law and advises large international groups both in Tunisia and abroad. He is the author of numerous articles in national journals.
Mahbouli Law Firm provides legal advice to several embassies established in Tunisia, in particular that of the Italian Embassy, with which it has maintained a collaboration for more than 45 years.
